This beautiful cottage is set in breathtaking countryside within the new South Downs National Park in the heart of Hampshire.  It is located within the extensive grounds and magnificent gardens of the main house (http://www.churchfarm.space).


The Cottage accommodates 6 luxuriously in 2 doubles (one massive) and 1 twin room also has 2 bunks for occasional use so it actually sleeps 8 (however bunks are small)!

The outdoor space is sensational in that it has a large covered eating area with an outside fire place and BBQ. You can even out there with a roaring fire in the winter!


We have an astro turf tennis court which we are very happy for guests to use and a swimming pool.  

Local pubs

We are fortunate enough to be walking distance from 2 excellent pubs.  We have several other restaurants and pubs near us but these are our favourites! The Hawkley Inn  (45 min walk - shown above) - best to book if you want to eat here as it is very popular. Good garden to eat in too.

The Pub With No Name (25 min walk).  Also good food.

There is a list of other pubs and restaurants in the area in the cottage should you require more choice.

Wonderful walks

The countryside round us is unequalled.  There are no main roads and the walks are simply fabulous.  We leave guests who stay with us details of some of our favourite walks in the area.

The Beach

We are only 40 minutes away from the sandy beaches of West Wittering, a typically old fashioned seaside village close to Chichester and the harbour at Itchenor .  There is a beautiful National Trust beach too where there are no buildings . . . .  only birds and boats for company!

Tennis Court

The tennis court is astroturf so it can be used all year round.  If you want to play you simply need to book in with the owners prior to your stay.  

 

Rackets and balls are NOT provided.
